Matheson Capital is a real estate investment firm based in Charleston, South Carolina. We focus on high-growth Sunbelt markets and partner with investors around the world to provide access to otherwise unavailable investment opportunities.
Through value-add strategies and disciplined execution, we seek to deliver attractive returns while protecting investor capital. Since 2018, we have completed more than a dozen acquisitions and realized a weighted average investor return of 40%.
